In these conditions “the owner” shall mean “Mare Nostrum Alonissos Villa” and “the client” will mean the person in whose name the booking is made and accepted.
1.There will not be any contract between the owner and the client until :
a) The owner receives a completed and signed “Booking Form” and the necessary deposit, and
b) the booking has been confirmed and accepted by the owner, and
c) the owner has received the final payment on time and has sent a “Final Confirmation Confirmation” to the client stating that all monies have been received.
2.All deposits by the client should be made in the following sequence :
a) A 50% of your total holiday cost should be transferred to the owner as soon as we have reserved for you the villa
b) The remaining 50% of your accommodation cost must reach us 6 weeks prior to your arrival, together with an additional 350 euros as insurance for damages
c) The insurance is fully refundable if there are no damages to the villa
3.Cancellations & Refunds:
▪ The holidaymaker will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it has been accepted.
4. Insurance:
▪ All persons that book any number of days at “Mare Nostrum Villa” in Alonissos must have travel insurance with adequate coverage prior to their arrival.
5. Disputes:
▪ Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract which can not amicably be settled, should be resolved by a simple method of arbitration and if this fails by a Greek court of law in Skopelos.
