Travel to Alonissos

There are several ways to travel to Alonissos.

By boat

There are ferries from Kymi (2 h15 minutes) to Euboea and from Mantoudi (2 h) to Evia, Thessaloniki (6 h 30 minutes) and Volos (4 h 30 minutes) from Agios Konstantinos (4 h 30 minutes)

By Flying Dolphin

Flying Dolphins and Flying Cats (Catamaran) connect Alonissos with Volos and Agios Konstantinos (2 h 45 minutes). They also connect Alonissos with Skopelos (30 minutes), Skiathos (1 h 15 minutes) and Glossa (50 minutes).

By airplane

Another way to travel to Alonissos is by plane, by getting first to Skiathos and from Skiathos take the flying dolphin or a ferry to get to Alonissos.

How to reach Mare Nostrum Villa

On your way out of Patitiri harbour follow the signs with direction to Marpounta.

After 1,5 km you will reach Mare Nostrum Villa on your left hand side, behind a black gate door. Enter from the gate, follow the lane that will lead you down to the parking space, which is surrounded by pine trees.

You will be fascinated by the nice scent of the pines, the singing cicadas and the crystal clear blue sea. You should look no further for paradise.

Transfer Services

Clients will be met upon arrival and given detailed driving instructions to the villa. The Villa also has a house book containing detailed information about the villa as well as about the nearest shops, restaurants and beaches and further information.

We are also able to arrange a ‘’meet and greet ‘’ service upon arrival at Skiathos airport, which includes being met at the airport by us, taxi transfer to Skiathos port and out wards tickets for the first available crossing to Alonissos. This service is charged Euro 30/person and must be booked in advance.
